6-7 5oz. Farm Raised Catfish Filets
4 cups Cornmeal (finely ground)
4 Tablespoons Catfish Cabin™ Cajun Seasoning
Peanut Oil
1 Jar Catfish Cabin™ Pickled Green Tomatoes
Heat cooking oil to approximately 350 degrees.
Roll filets into cornmeal and Catfish Cabin™ Cajun seasoning mixture. Make sure that filets are completely covered with cooking oil. Cook approximately 8-9 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remove from oil and serve with hush puppies, french
fries, and a healthy helping of Catfish Cabin™ Pickled Green Tomatoes.
